Training Dates: Five Thursdays monthly: October 10, November 7, and December 5, 2024; January 9 and February 13, 2025
Time: 8:30–11:30 am Eastern |  Location: online via Zoom
Registration Fee*: $600/pp for teams of 3-6  |  $500/pp for teams of 7+ 

*Teams that are part of NH’s public behavioral health system of care for children, youth, and families may be eligible for free training. (E.g., CMHCs, CMEs, public schools implementing social-emotional learning curricula or behavioral supports, family support orgs, etc.) If you are interested, please email us and tell us about your team and your project.

How to Register:
One person will register for each team. That person will need names, titles/roles, and email addresses for all other team members.

Training Description:
This training will provide teams with the tools they need to apply a systematic approach to a real project, using proven principles and features of implementation science. Teams will engage in modularized training and have opportunities to work together with the tools as they learn how to:

• Accurately assess need and choose the best practice or approach based on a systematic analysis of fit, feasibility, and sustainability
• Articulate the key features of the practice or initiative so providers and other stakeholders have clear direction about what and how to implement
• Carefully address the stages of implementation to properly prepare providers and other stakeholders
• Build data into all phases and functions of their project so that they have the information they need to stay on track and improve implementation.

Who Should Attend:
This training is for teams of 3+ individuals who are working together to launch a new (or examine an existing) project or practice. Participants should have basic knowledge of
the purpose of implementation science and a specific project to work with throughout the training.
