The Team Coaching Program

Helping teams to achieve improvements that they have only imagined

The Team Coaching Program improves the value and quality of health and social systems of care through development of the art and science of team coaching to help and coach frontline interdisciplinary clinical and supporting microsystems with knowledge, processes and tools including the Microsystem Improvement Process (MIP) Spiral balanced with communication and relationship frameworks and socio-behavioral dimensions of change to enhance team dynamics. The program is grounded in multiple disciplines, theories, and original research focused on cultivating improvement and group dynamic capabilities, especially valuable during times of uncertainty and challenge. The discipline of team coaching builds on Edgar Schein’s wisdom in “helping” rather than “telling” what to do.  Engaging in dialogue based on curiosity and humble inquiry to develop supportive relationships, explore new possibilities, innovate, and assess desired improvements is core to the program.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

The registration fee includes course sessions but does not include books or in-person session costs. Discounts are available for students, the UNH community, those who have participated in previous IEHSS programs, and multiple participants from the same organization. To access discount codes, email iehss.admin@unh.edu.

If you are registering multiple participants from the same organization and would like a group invoice (meaning that all of the participants from your organization need to be included on one invoice together rather than receiving separate invoices), please do not register using this online system, please fill out this form and send it to iehss.admin@unh.edu.

If you need to cancel your course registration, please note that we cannot offer refunds for workshop registrations; however, we can transfer the registration fee to another course or to another person.
