• Module 6: December 2-6 | Synchronous Virtual Session December 3, 2024 6-7:30 pm ET Technology that underpins the models
• Module 7: December 9-13 | Relationship between caregivers in the virtual world Part 2
• Module 8: December 16-20 | Synchronous Virtual Session December 17, 2024 6-7:30 pm Delivering care in patient care teams

If you need to cancel your course registration, please note that we cannot offer refunds for registrations; however, we can transfer the registration fee to another course or to another person.
