• Module 5: April 21-27 | Relationship between caregivers in the virtual world Part 1
• Module 6: April 28-May 4 | Synchronous Virtual Session April 28, 2025 6-7:30 pm ET Technology that underpins the models
• Module 7: May 5-11 | Relationship between caregivers in the virtual world Part 2
• Module 8: May 12-16 | Synchronous Virtual Session May 13, 2025 6-7:30 pm Delivering care in patient care teams

If you need to cancel your course registration, please note that we cannot offer refunds for registrations; however, we can transfer the registration fee to another course or to another person.
