• Module 5: June 23-29 | Relationship between caregivers in the virtual world Part 1
• Module 6: June 30-July 6| Synchronous Virtual Session July 1, 2025 6-7:30 pm ET Technology that underpins the models
• Module 7: July 7-13 | Relationship between caregivers in the virtual world Part 2
• Module 8: July 14-18 | Synchronous Virtual Session July 15, 2025 6-7:30 pm Delivering care in patient care teams

If you need to cancel your course registration, please note that we cannot offer refunds for registrations; however, we can transfer the registration fee to another course or to another person.
