Course Description

Innovation development is the most exciting part of any job regardless of your industry, but how do we contain this excitement into a business process that is strategic, productive, risk-managed, high-quality, and repeatable? We must understand where we have been through research; where we are going with our development; and how we plan to launch into our market.

In this workshop, we’ll learn the Innovation Lifecycle, a cross-functional strategy for standardizing business processes.

Innovation Project Management is designed for managers tasked with planning for incremental revenue in an uncertain environment and/or individual contributors looking to understand how and when their work fits into the development lifecycle. Content is applicable to any project function (marketing, operations, finance, R&D, etc.)
