Course Description

Volleyball Camp - Summer 2026

UNH Girls Volleyball camp offers sessions for students entering grades 5-12. Sessions are specifically designed to meet the needs of all levels of play while improving skills through intensive training in groups of similar age and experience. Athletes will learn in a relaxed and fun environment led by current UNH volleyball players and experienced NCAA coaches. 

Sessions 1 and 2 provide camp training challenges each athlete to take their game to the next level with methods and techniques used by the UNH women's volleyball team. Positional practices are held throughout each session, along with the opportunity to apply position-specific instruction into competitive play such as 6v6 drills and a final day tournament. Camp includes court and beach volleyball and pool sessions. Students in these sessions can attend as commuter or overnight campers.

The elite Prospect Camp provides high school aged athletes with an inside view of what it takes to play collegiate volleyball. Players are expected to be ready for intermediate and advanced tactical training in a fast-paced environment. Because of the intensity of the training, it is encouraged for campers to have extensive club experience. Students in this session attend as overnight campers only.

All campers will have meals in a UNH dining hall. 

Overnight campers stay in a University residence hall. Roommate requests are made when completing the registration questions in CampDoc (see below), not at the time of enrollment.

Wait List: All sessions will have a wait list, if needed. If your desired session is full, you can join the wait list if it's still available, or enroll in an open session. Do not enroll in another session as a "backup" as there is no guarantee that movement from one session to another will occur. Getting on a wait list for the session you're most interested in provides a better chance of getting into that session, although it's not guaranteed. Wait lists open automatically when a session becomes full. See more information in the Wait List block below. 

Deposit: This program offers a deposit option of 25% of the camp fee when enrolling. This allows families to reserve their spot(s) in a program and pay off the remaining balance at a later date. The deposit option is available until April 15, 2026. 

All outstanding balances are due by April 15, 2026, but can be paid before that date. For instructions on how to pay off a balance, review How to Pay an Outstanding Balance. It is the family responsibility to make a timely final payment. A student cannot attend a Youth Program until their balance is paid.

Volleyball Camp is held at the UNH Field House, 145 Main St., Durham NH. Details regarding drop off locations, times, and other information are sent via email from program staff to enrolled participants prior to the session start date. Please be sure the email address provided during enrollment is that of a parent/legal guardian, not the participating student.

Per NCAA rules, the University of New Hampshire's camps or clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
