The Core Needs Navigator™ program gives you the tools and knowledge that will allow you to feel fulfilled, productive, effective, and satisfied in your work. You will uncover your Core Needs and examine how they are working in your present work life, and how they may be best attained moving forward.

The Core Needs Navigator™ enables you to design creative solutions, discuss your role with your current or prospective manager and assess your fit with the team that you are a part of (or will join).

You will build the confidence to choose the right options for you and make the best decisions about your future steps. With your work aligned with your Core Needs and personal patterns of success, you accelerate your impact as a high-performing professional. You’ll leave this session with clarity about your needs, key tools and resources to pursue your path and a clear, tangible action plan for next steps.

This program includes two, two-hour live online workshop sessions, as well as an individual 45-minute follow-up session with instructor and coach, Sherry Dutra, Principal of Dutra Associates, LLC.
