Our Food and Wine Pairings offer a wonderful education in the pairing of food and wine! Each event has a wine expert that will present different types of wine - and Chef Ron will present food to pair with each wine. We look forward to seeing you! The event runs from 4PM to 7PM at our new facility in Durham!

Join Chef Ron Boucher, Italian wine expert Vincenzo Emprin and Olde Ipswich Tours for this four course traditional Sardinian food and wine pairing and travel slide show. While Sardinians have been influenced by neighboring Mediterranean cultures, they have retained a unique identity. Chef Ron has created a menu that reflects this authenticity. Vincenzo will pour tastings of Sardinian wines as he shows you striking images of this magnificent island.
