Course Description

This classroom-based session introduces the parts of a grader, as well as the important procedures for basic maintenance including pre and post-trip. Instructor will also review SAFETY when working in and around a grader. Time will be spent discussing proper grading procedures to complete the job appropriately, safely, and successfully maintain good gravel and dirt roads. This session is a pre-requisite for individual one-on-one training onsite in a hands-on capacity.
