We are excited to offer a one-of-a-kind experiential workshop focused on building emotional strength in students—an essential tool for navigating life’s challenges and reducing the risk of self-injurious behavior. Based on the National Institute of Health’s 2022 report, Suicide Resilience: A Concept Analysis, this workshop will equip you with practical strategies and hands-on activities to foster resilience in your classroom or school community. This workshop is rooted in the principles of the Full Value Commitment, a cornerstone of building strong, supportive communities that help individuals thrive.

  • The Five Factors of Resilience as outlined in the 2022 NIH report, and how they contribute to reducing the risk of suicide.
  • Experiential Activities that connect resilience factors to your classroom practices.
  • Mindfulness and Coping Strategies to help students manage stress and anxiety.
  • Techniques to Cultivate Inner Strength and promote emotional well-being.
  • Goal Setting for Meaning to guide students in finding purpose and direction in their lives.
