Course Description
In this workshop, participants will:
• Understand the full talent management life-cycle from an employee’s first day on the job to their last.
• Discover what effective supervisors must do to enable employee success at each stage.
• Recognize and overcome common leadership mindsets that diminish employee performance.
• Make strategic investments to fully develop the talent within your team.
This course is open to NH municipal public works employees and state DOT employees.
Coffee and donuts will be available in the morning, and lunch will be provided.
Withdrawal Policy: In the event that you are unable to attend a program for any reason, please note you must submit your withdrawal via email to T2.Center@unh.edu or via phone message to 603.862.1362 at least 72 hours in advance of the start of a program to receive a refund. If a withdrawal is not received by UNH T2 at least 72 hours prior to the program start, the full program fee will be charged and is nonrefundable. Substitutions are allowable at any time, and UNH T2 staff will be happy to assist in registering an alternative attendee from your organization at no cost.
