Course Description

Somatic Movement, also known as clinical somatics, is a gentle yet powerful approach to relieving chronic pain and muscle tension. Through pandiculation, the mindful contraction and slow release of muscles, participants learn to release patterns that contribute to discomfort, poor posture and limited mobility. By retraining the nervous system, this practice helps restore alignment, ease and balance, supporting greater freedom of movement in daily life. A guided meditation completes the experience. The course includes seated, standing and floor movements and is suitable for all levels, offering simple tools for lasting relief.
