Course Description
Athletes have a practice field. Actors have a rehearsal room.
Most of us in the business world have neither.
The Communication Dynamics Lab gives people what they are missing: a structured, psychologically safe environment where they can learn and practice a simple, repeatable communication framework that applies to every human interaction at work.
Instead of teaching one presentation or one scripted conversation, the lab builds a portable method that participants can carry into one to ones, team meetings, presentations, performance conversations, and informal moments in the hallway.
