The traditional approach to change is to look for the problem and find a way to fix it. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a positive approach that looks for what works.

When AI techniques are used, individuals or team members identify the positive aspects, whether it's within the individual, in the way their team functions, in their department's operations, or in the values and goals of their organization. By formulating the questions using AI, a concrete understanding of what change is needed emerges, along with increased collaboration, sharing, and teamwork.

In this workshop, you'll learn the process of AI, the steps involved, and the importance of language in inquiry and questioning. Case reviews will be shared to showcase AI's positive impact and possibilities.
