This interactive workshop will guide you through requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), applying federal FMLA and state leave laws, managing workers' compensation employer responsibilities, and how everything interacts. With hands-on case studies, you will gain the resources to ensure your company or organization is legally compliant and effective in managing ADA, leave, and workers' compensation situations.

- Processing requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state disability laws
- Necessary interactive discussions to stay compliant
- Addressing FMLA challenges like intermittent leave and recertification
- Application of state leave laws in general like the Granite State Paid Family Leave Act, Maine FMLA and Earned Paid Leave, and the MA PFML

- Strategies for minimizing risks and financial impact
