The wellness industry is full of tips to be well and live your best life, but what exactly does it mean to be well? What does it mean to be well as a graduate student or postdoc? Using UNH’s new Well-Being Wheel, Dawn will guide you through an engaging activity that will help you understand your current wellness. You’ll gain insight as to where you are thriving and struggling, what is giving and draining your energy, and how the communities in which you work, live, and play impact your overall well-being. You will leave with a clearer vision of your own wellness, how to find support at UNH, and pathways to keep growing and moving forward. Facilitated by Dawn Zitney, Well-Being Educator/Counselor, Health & Wellness.
