Course Overview 

Starting, developing, and evaluating a major gifts program for a non-profit organization. If you have an active giving program now and would like to learn how to grow the number of gifts and size of gifts at the higher levels, this workshop, led by a former director of major gifts, is for you.

Learning Objectives 

  1. Determine the base level for a major gift for your organization.
  2. Learn key concepts including Moves Management, how to identify major donors, and documenting major donor relationships.
  3. How to make an ask.
