Course Description

We are excited to announce that our Fall 2024 program will feature the same insightful instructors and presentations that made our Summer 2024 program a success.

Supervisors Boot Camp is a one-day conference designed for individuals recently promoted to, or aspiring towards, a supervisory role. It offers a comprehensive exploration of the skills necessary for effective supervision.

Expert speakers will cover topics such as managing diverse teams, handling challenges faced by new supervisors, and understanding basic employment law. Attendees will embark on a journey of growth and development, fostering inclusive leadership practices, enhancing team management strategies, and gaining insights into the complexities of supervisory roles.

2024 Supervisors Boot Camp Digital Badge

Supervisors Boot Camp Digital Badge SampleParticipants who attend the 2024 Supervisors Boot Camp will automatically receive a digital badge microcredential that verifies their accomplishment and skill that can be shared on social media, blogs and online portfolios.
