Course Description

Stress is not the result of hard work.  It’s the result of working hard and not accomplishing what you want to accomplish.  Not meeting expectations  can lead to burnout, because of the gap between what is expected and what is realistically possible. The pandemic has also lead to working in new and different ways, which is taxing because stress is then exacerbated. This session will address the toll on professionals, the complicated dynamics of overwhelming expectations, and offer practical recommendations for handling interruptions and managing stress and burnout.
