Course Description

Hiring the most talented and dedicated people who are aligned with your values, while avoiding toxic individuals, is critical for any organization. This workshop focuses on a foundational overview of employment laws related to hiring, including off-limit questions, then moves into understanding the best and least desirable workers’ characteristics and paying attention to red flags. In the second part of the workshop, the focus will be alignment with organizational values, hiring for attitude, great questions, and hands-on interviewing and role-playing.
