Course Description

The Graduate School invites you to join our Weekly Writing Group! The writing group offers you the chance to work on your own writing in a quiet, classroom-style space. Each semester, we host two weekly writing group sessions with free lunch at Holloway Commons (HoCo) for all participants. This year (2024-2025), the weekly sessions will take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Lunch at HoCo afterwards). You are welcome to join us for just one of the days or both!

You only need to register once a year to participate. Lunch is always optional. Feel free to drop in when you can!

Please know that this group is different from our Professional Writing Series. The Professional Writing Series is a four-part workshop series that discusses ways in which to improve your academic writing.
