Course Description

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® workshop equips learners with foundational human skills like emotional intelligence, proactive problem solving, and self-leadership. Tailored for today’s evolving modern workplace, the 7 Habits unleash profound growth for individual contributors, supervisors, managers, and leaders alike by improving personal and interpersonal effectiveness and holistically building character in ways that lead to lasting behavior change.

This two-day workshop introduces and deeply explores the following content:

  • Foundations - Evaluating your paradigms and align to principles of effectiveness.
  • Habit 1: Be Proactive® - Assuming responsibility and focusing on those things that can be influenced.
  • Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind® - Defining clear measures for success and creating a plan to achieve them.
  • Habit 3: Put First Things First® - Prioritizing and spending time on achieving your most important goals.
  • Habit 4: Think Win-Win® - Approaching each situation by looking for ways that everyone can win.
  • Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood® - Listening, understanding, and honoring the perspectives of others.
  • Habit 6: Synergize® - Leveraging diverse perspectives to solve problems, innovate, and collaboratively achieve results.
  • Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw® - Increasing motivation, energy, and vitality by making time daily for renewal.

Participants will receive a beautifully designed workbook journal as well as other job aids and resources to support you on your 7 Habits journey long after completing the workshop.
