Course Description
UNH Youth Symphony Orchestra - Fall 2025/Spring 2026
The University of New Hampshire Youth Symphony Orchestra (UNH-YSO) has provided quality orchestral experiences to string students in the NH seacoast region, southern Maine, and northeastern Massachusetts since 2013. By providing quality musical instruction and high standards of rigor, the UNH-YSO seeks to help students in Grades 4-12 develop their technical capabilities and musical understanding.
Please note: UNH-YSO is a pre-admission program. Only students who have completed an audition and received an offer of placement in the program may register. All students must audition each year, including returning members. DO NOT enroll without first completing an audition. To schedule an audition, please visit the UNH-YSO website.
Additional information including program drop off and pick up locations are sent directly from program staff.
Refund Policy: A refund of $50 will be provided for the Spring semester until February 20. After that date, no refunds are provided. Contact David Upham to request a drop.
