Summer Youth Program Payment & Refund Procedures:
+ Account balances are due by May 1.
+ Drops/Transfers approved 15 days or more before a session start date are subject to a minimum $50 administrative fee.
+ Refunds are not issued for cancellations 14 days or less before a session start date.
+ Full refunds (including deposit) are provided in the event UNH cancels a session.
+ COVID-19 Refund Procedures:
- If a program is cancelled by UNH before it begins, a full refund is provided.
- If a program is cancelled by UNH in progress, a pro-rated refund is provided.
- If a student has to miss any amount of participation once the program has started, no refund will be provided.
