Course Description

This workshop was formerly titled Communication and Culture

Engagement, motivation and performance tie directly to an individual’s sense of purpose in the work setting.  Leaders can capitalize on this by identifying core values- for themselves, the team and the organization- and then linking the actions and tasks of the individual to the overall goal and purpose of the organization.  This workshop will provide an exploration of how the concepts of touchstones, life-giving forces, organizational values and leadership vision can be implemented to promote dialogue and motivation among team members.
