The NH Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course is designed to deliver the statutory content required by the state to allow the students to take the NH Real Estate Licensing Exam and become licensed as a Salesperson. The 40-hour course provides a basic understanding of real estate history, concepts, laws, relationships, peripheral professions, and basic math calculations relevant to the practice of real estate.

All course materials including textbook, handouts and study notes are included in the cost of the course.
