Participants will explore key leadership topics relevant in today’s climate of change and uncertainty. Each 2-hour interactive session will provide opportunities for group discussion, case study analysis, and individual reflection. Topics include: leadership and exceptional performance; developing a resilient and motivated team; fostering operational excellence; creating and sustaining positive change; and creating a culture of engagement. Participants will emerge from the series with a better understanding of personal, team, and process management, as well as planning for positive change and creating a culture of long-term engagement. This series can be counted as one of the required or elective courses in the Leadership & Management certificate program, or taken as a standalone professional development program.
