Course Description

This workshop was formerly titled Getting along with Difficult People

We all have someone who comes to mind when we think of “difficult people” in our lives. We cannot change them, however we can change our mindset, approach and the results of challenging interactions. In this workshop, we will explore the science behind how our individual perceptions and perspectives are formed and how these characteristics of our unique personality show up in our interactions with others. This workshop is beneficial for anyone who is motivated to deepen their level of self-awareness and learn skills and strategies to strengthen communication in service of healthy, productive relationships both personally and professionally.
