Course Description

In this interactive workshop, you will examine models of negotiation (win-win, win-lose) and will experience adapting negotiation styles to fit a particular situation. The desired result is to have the coach be able to give the client the skills for increasing their chance of getting what they want and need at work.

Your instructor will share her experience learned during a decade of conducting labor negotiations.
