With all the emphasis on social media and technology, some fear that we are losing our conversation skills, or worse, have never learned them. Yet, knowing how to start a conversation, keep it going and end it gracefully is a crucial element of success in business and our personal lives. Whether it is a networking event, business after-hours, meeting new clients, or just chatting with co-workers, knowing how to connect with others increases our success and happiness.
