Course Description

The UNH History Department welcomes history and social studies teachers from across New Hampshire and beyond to join us for a day of professional development.

Participants will have the opportunity to choose among numerous topics, including

• Native American History and the Civil Rights Movement
• Fashion & Politics in New England History
• The Korean War, 75 Years Later
• Teaching the Templars
• African American Music and Religion in the Age of Jim Crow
• Athens, Sparta, and Rome: Greco-Roman History
• World War I
• The Rise and Fall of Free Trade
