Google Classroom 1-Day Class:

This comprehensive 1-day training will be split into two engaging parts to help you master Google Classroom for effective teaching and assessment.

Part 1: Teaching with Classroom In this session, you'll learn the basics of setting up your Google Classroom. We’ll guide you through:

•             Creating a Google Classroom and customizing settings.

•             Adding and inviting students to your class.

•             Setting up the gradebook (optional).

•             Posting announcements, assignments, and questions.

•             Creating quizzes and topics to organize your class materials.

Part 2: Feedback & Assessment with Classroom The second session will focus on using Google Classroom for feedback and assessments. You’ll discover how to:

•             Review student work and engage in a Q&A session.

•             Create and use rubrics for grading.

•             Access and provide comments, formative assessments, and feedback on student submissions.

•             Assign grades with or without rubrics for a more personalized evaluation.

By the end of this session, you'll understand how to streamline your teaching workflow and give constructive feedback to your students, helping them succeed in your class with the Google Classroom course portal.
