Topics include staging, downsizing, whether to hold open houses and other real estate options and considerations. Designed for those preparing their homes and themselves for the monumental and emotional process of selling a long-held residence, this course provides essential guidance. Presenter: Gail Athas Gail Athas is a full-time realtor and educator with over two decades in the real estate industry. She was recognized as NH Realtor of the Year in 2014. Prior to her career in real estate, Athas was a professor of management and a college administrator.
