TTC-T-178 - Installation & Maintenance of Culverts
Course Description
The three most important factors that affect the lifespan of a road are drainage, drainage, drainage. Keep your drainage under control and your roads living longer with a culvert! A culvert is any closed conduit used to conduct surface runoff from one side of a road to another, from underneath a road or driveway, and leading to a stream, lake, or detention basin. Culvert pipes come in many materials, shapes, and sizes. Each material has its own characteristics and advantages. Learn the proper techniques and materials for installing and maintaining a culvert.
Coffee and donuts will be available in the morning, and lunch will be provided.
Withdrawal Policy: In the event that you are unable to attend a program for any reason, please note you must submit your withdrawal via email to T2.Center@unh.edu or via phone message to 603.862.1362 at least 72 hours in advance of the start of a program to receive a refund. If a withdrawal is not received by UNH T2 at least 72 hours prior to the program start, the full program fee will be charged and is nonrefundable. Substitutions are allowable at any time, and UNH T2 staff will be happy to assist in registering an alternative attendee from your organization at no cost.
