Course Description
Learn to Swim Stroke Clinic - Winter/Spring 2024
This stroke clinic is designed for pre-competitive swimmers ages 6-13 who are currently at a swim level of Youth Level 4 or above. It will focus on stroke technique and fundamentals for all four competitive strokes as well as dives and turns.
The clinic is offered in three, 3-week sessions with lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a total of six lessons.
Space is limited. Enroll early to guarantee a spot. You will be asked to indicate a swim level during the registration. Consult the Swim Level Chart if needed. Stroke Clinic participants must be in youth swim level 4 or higher.
All sessions are held at the Swasey Indoor Pool, inside the UNH Field House at 145 Main St., Durham, NH. Refunds are not provided for group lessons or for missed lessons.

Online Registration Instructions: please review before enrolling for the best outcome. Family Accounts are recommended for enrolling a child or children in any UNH Youth Program. Note: if you have an account in our system already, you will be asked to log into either a family or student account. Be sure you know which account you have and know your username and password. This will minimize difficulty and time while enrolling. Do not create a new account if you have one already.
If you don't have an account already, you can set up an account at any time, even before you begin the registration process. When you create a new account, the email address provided in the profile should be that of a parent/legal guardian, not the participating student.
Parking Information: Pay & Display parking is available at a few locations near the Field House: Sage Way Visitor lot located at 20 Sage Way, and the Edgewood Road Visitor Lot at 5 Edgewood Rd.
Families with students taking a lesson after 6pm may park in Lot-A for free, as ticketing concludes at 6pm. Lot-A is located across the street from the Field House on Main St. Parking in Lot-A before 6pm may result in being ticketed.
