Course Description

In this course you will review significant findings in Exercise Science and learn how to apply them to your workouts. We will discuss the importance of maintaining and improving balance, strength and mobility as we age and discover and practice exercises you can do without any equipment. We will also experiment with a resistance tube for strength training. This class is suitable for beginners and exercise enthusiasts alike. Participants should be medically cleared for exercise and be able to stand or walk for 30 minutes.
