Course Description

There's no question databases, spreadsheets, and forms can help organize public works' tasks and processes, but often times formal software programs are costly and challenging to implement. There are many public works teams that are improving their communication, performance, documentation and acess to metrics through the use of free and almost free programs, including Google Forms, Excel, and more. Join us for highlights from towns that use readily-available applications for tracking tasks, inventory, fleet maintenance, storm totals, and more.
