Course Description

In our rapidly changing world, organizations are forced to adapt quickly and often, and consistently handle multiple simultaneous changes. However, studies show that creating successful organizational change is difficult, and often unsuccessful. As fast-changing businesses become the new norm, the role of effective change agents/change leaders becomes more critical for businesses to remain competitive.

In this program, participants (specifically change agents) will learn about the multiple factors involved in managing change effectively. The focus will be on three specific components to organizational change: culture, policy and process.

Participants will learn how to identify their current and desired culture, create and implement policies and procedures that align with the desired culture, address challenging employee transitions that stall progress, and create communication and assessment tools and templates that are uniquely designed for each organizational culture. Significant time and discussion will be spent on the "people” side of change; specifically the education and communication efforts needed to motivate and inspire entire organizations about change.

In this hands-on, experiential program, participants will leave with practical tools, templates, checklists and exercises they can use immediately to implement effective change management strategies at their organizations.

Professionals that would most benefit from this session are SVPs/VPs/HR managers/Organizational Development/Learning & Development, business owners/entrepreneurs, C-Suite professionals, any organizational ‘Change Agent', and anyone leading a merger/acquisition.
