Course Description

 

In this workshop, students will have the unique opportunity to act as an apprentice and help restore Pre-WWII Gibson flat top acoustic guitars. 

This 5-day program is a thorough examination of the Gibson flat top acoustic, where all restoration processes will be demonstrated. Students will experience the life of a professional luthier, from intake/evaluation/assessment all the way through stringing the guitar.
