UNH Wildcat Sports Education Camp for the Blind - Summer 2026
The UNH Wildcat Sports Education Camp for the Blind is a specialized youth program designed to provide children and teens with visual impairments through an inclusive, empowering, and fun summer experience. The camp focuses on adaptive sports, recreational activities, and skill-building opportunities that promote independence, confidence, and social engagement.
This is an Overnight camp. Campers will stay in a University residence hall and have meals in a University dining hall.
Cost: The UNH Wildcat Sports Education Camp for the Blind is generously supported by The Gibney Family Foundation (TGFF), whose mission focuses on fostering independence for individuals who are blind by partnering with organizations to build sustainable resources. Thanks to this support, we can keep program costs low for participants. If the program fee creates a financial hardship, please email: molly.umana@unh.edu
Wait List: If the session becomes full, a wait list will open automatically. See more information in the Wait List block below.
Camp is held at New Hampshire Hall, 124 Main St, Durham NH. Details regarding drop off locations, times, and other information is sent from program staff prior to the session start date. Please be sure the email address provided while enrolling is that of a parent/legal guardian, not the participating student.
