Course Description
*Due to overwhelming demand, we’re excited to bring back the Spring 2026 Supervisor Boot Camp and now coming to the UNH Durham campus!
Supervisors Boot Camp Fall 2026 is a high-impact, one-day conference for newly promoted supervisors, rising leaders, and those ready to step into a supervisory role. Designed for today’s workplace, this year’s program tackles the real challenges of modern supervision, blending people management and technology to help supervisors lead, engage, and succeed in a hybrid, multigenerational environment.
The People and Technology Management approach combines strong people skills with the smart use of technology to support, engage, and empower today’s workforce. This year's conference provides a practical, future-focused foundation for managing people and technology with confidence. Through engaging sessions led by experienced instructors, participants will gain practical, real-world strategies to:

2026 Supervisors Boot Camp Digital Badge
Participants who attend the 2026 Supervisors Boot Camp will automatically receive a digital badge microcredential which verifies their accomplishment and skill. The badge can be shared on social media, blogs, and online portfolios.
