Course Description
This two-day workshop equips managers and experienced supervisors with practical tools to lead high-performing teams, set clear strategic direction, and drive operational excellence. Participants will strengthen their leadership impact by transforming breakdowns into breakthroughs through intentional leadership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
Leadership Excellence is an immersive, practical workshop designed for managers and experienced supervisors who have either taken a course on or gained experience in the basics of leadership and management, and are ready to elevate their impact and lead with intention. Grounded in advanced high-performance and transformational leadership principles, the session challenges participants to examine how mindset, behavior, and decision-making directly influence organizational outcomes. Leaders will explore the difference between managing tasks and inspiring people, learning how to create clarity, trust, and accountability while adapting their leadership style to meet the demands of a fast-changing environment.
The workshop then turns to strategic direction, helping leaders recognize the difference between breakdown and breakthrough. Participants will learn how misalignment, unclear priorities, and reactive leadership create breakdowns, and how focused vision, disciplined execution, and courageous conversations enable breakthroughs. Through real-world scenarios and guided reflection, leaders will strengthen their ability to set direction, translate strategy into action, and align teams around shared goals that drive measurable results.
Finally, Leadership Excellence focuses on building high-performing teams and achieving operational excellence. Drawing on proven approaches from Lean, Total Quality Management (TQM), and operations performance, participants will gain tools to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase effectiveness without burning out their people. The workshop emphasizes practical techniques for fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and ownership—equipping leaders to sustain excellence while empowering their teams to perform at their best.
