Course Description

Artificial intelligence is transforming how we write, analyze, communicate, and make decisions. Organizations across every sector are investing rapidly in AI technologies, yet many leaders are discovering that the greatest challenge is not learning to use new tools—it is learning how to exercise sound judgment in a world where intelligent systems increasingly participate in everyday work.

Most AI training focuses on software features, prompt engineering, or productivity techniques. While these skills have value, they often overlook the capability that matters most: the ability to evaluate information thoughtfully, ask better questions, and make decisions that combine technological capability with human experience.

AI for Leaders takes a different approach.

Rather than teaching participants what buttons to press, this workshop explores how leaders can think with AI. Through conversation, guided experimentation, reflection, and collaborative problem-solving, participants develop practical strategies for working alongside artificial intelligence while strengthening the uniquely human capabilities that effective leadership demands.

Throughout the day, participants investigate authentic leadership questions, evaluate AI-generated responses, explore how AI "thinks," and apply these ideas to challenges drawn from their own organizations.

The workshop is designed for business leaders, managers, consultants, entrepreneurs, educators, and professionals who are curious about AI but less interested in mastering technology than in making better decisions.
