Course Description
Supervisor Boot Camp 2027 is a high-impact, one-day conference for newly promoted supervisors, rising supervisors, and those preparing to step into a supervisory role. This year’s program focuses on the real situations and challenges supervisors face every day - from setting boundaries and handling unexpected employee situations to communicating effectively and managing performance.
Navigating the Realities of Supervision provides practical tools and strategies to help supervisors manage their day-to-day responsibilities with greater confidence. Through engaging sessions led by experienced instructors, participants will explore how to build effective working relationships with employees while maintaining professional boundaries, respond to challenging situations, strengthen communication and listening skills, and establish clear expectations for their teams.
Participants will gain practical, real-world strategies to:
- set professional boundaries while staying approachable
- handle unexpected and challenging employee situations

- set expectations and address employee performance concerns
- build credibility and confidence as a new supervisor

2026 Supervisors Boot Camp Digital Badge
Participants who attend the 2026 Supervisors Boot Camp will automatically receive a digital badge microcredential which verifies their accomplishment and skill. The badge can be shared on social media, blogs, and online portfolios.
